🏠 Age-Based Home Visits Included:

👶 Newborn Circumcision
Available up to 60 days of age (requires prior vitamin K).
Circumcisions are performed in our Riverside clinic in a safe, sterile, and comfortable setting. Pre-procedure consultations and post-procedure follow-up visits are available as house calls for your convenience.
In-clinic fee: $400
💎 Medical-Grade Ear Piercing
Safe ear piercing using sterile Blomdahl system with medical-grade titanium earrings:
Both ears: $99 (members) / $130 (non-members)
Single ear: $60 (members) / $75 (non-members)
🚗 Extended Travel Radius
Standard home visits are within 15 miles of our clinic.
For visits 15–25 miles from clinic: $40 travel fee (in addition to visit fee)

✅ What We Complete:

- FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act) forms
- Disability documentation
- Insurance appeals & prior authorizations
- Complex administrative paperwork

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this membership insurance? No. Whole Pediatrics Group is a direct primary care practice. Membership covers services we provide in the clinic, at home, and via telemedicine, but it is not a substitute for health insurance.
Do I still need health insurance? Yes! You should keep health insurance for emergencies, hospitalizations, specialty care, and major medical events. Direct Primary Care handles 90% of your child's primary care needs — everything else is what your insurance is for.
Can we use our insurance for labs, imaging, or specialists? Labs and imaging can be ordered directly through Dr. Bost at significantly discounted cash rates, often better than insurance copays. For specialist referrals, you would typically go through your insurance. Families are encouraged to keep insurance for medications, hospital care, and specialist visits.
How do home visits work? Home visits are included based on your child's age (younger children get more). When your child needs care at home, just send a secure message. Home visits are especially helpful for newborns, young children, or when your child is contagious.
What if my child's age changes during the year? Your child's membership rate will adjust on their birthday to reflect their new age bracket. For founding members, the founding member discount continues to apply at the new age-appropriate rate throughout your first year.
Can I use my HSA or FSA for the membership? Yes! As of January 1, 2026, HSA/FSA funds can be used for DPC memberships.
What is a Direct-Pay Visit? A Direct-Pay Visit is a single appointment with Dr. Bost — no membership required. You pay a flat $150 fee at the time of service. It's ideal for families who aren't ready to commit to a membership but want to experience Whole Pediatrics care. Most families who come in for a direct-pay visit end up joining as members.
