Dr. Bost can come to you. Direct-pay visits are available as house calls within our service area — ideal for newborns, post-procedure recovery, or families who simply prefer the comfort of home.
💡 Two visits = a full month of membership
Two direct-pay visits at $150 each comes to $300. A monthly membership for ages 5–17 starts at just $80/month (founding rate) — covering unlimited visits, telehealth, direct messaging, and more. Most families find membership pays for itself in the very first month.

📋 Important Notes
- All direct-pay visit fees are due at the time of service. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
- Direct-pay visits do not include ongoing messaging, after-hours access, or telehealth — those are membership benefits.
- Labs, imaging, and rapid in-house tests may carry additional fees, which will be disclosed before ordering.
- Circumcision is performed in-clinic only, for patients up to 60 days of age, and requires prior Vitamin K administration.
- House call availability is subject to physician scheduling and service area. Check your area →
- Pricing is subject to change with advance notice. Founding members receive locked membership rates for their first year.
