Dr. Bost is a dedicated pediatrician with more than 25 years of experience providing exceptional care to children of all ages throughout Riverside and surrounding communities.

After years in traditional pediatrics, Dr. Bost is launching Whole Pediatrics Group in Riverside, California to provide relationship-based direct primary care to families throughout the Riverside and surrounding communities.

When will the practice open?
Whole Pediatrics Group will launch in Riverside, California when we reach our founding member goal of 50-100 families. Founding members will be notified first and given early access to schedule appointments.
How many founding members will you accept?
We are limiting founding membership to the first 100 families to ensure we can provide the highest quality, personalized care to each family. We'll launch once we reach our founding member goal.
How does the age-based pricing work?
We have a simple, single-tier membership with age-based pricing. All members receive the same comprehensive care - the price is based solely on your child's age. Younger children (0-2 years) have higher rates because they typically require more frequent visits and care.
Are home visits included in the membership?
Yes! Home visits are included based on your child's age. Ages 0-6 months receive 2 home visits per month, ages 6 months-2 years receive 1 home visit per month. Children 2+ years can schedule home visits à la carte at $99 per visit (within 15-mile radius).
What happens after I submit this form?
Dr. Bost will personally reach out to discuss your family's needs, answer your questions, and provide information about joining as a founding member. You'll receive updates as we approach our founding member goal and prepare to launch.
Is joining the founding member list a commitment to join when the practice opens?
No, absolutely not. Joining our founding member list is simply an expression of interest with no financial commitment. No money is exchanged at this time. You can opt out of the list at any time.
Do you accept insurance?
Direct Primary Care membership is separate from insurance. We don't bill insurance for routine visits covered by your membership. You'll still need insurance for specialists, hospital stays, and prescriptions. Labs and imaging can be ordered at significantly discounted cash rates.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. After practice launch, members can cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation penalties.
What if I have a newborn after joining?
Congratulations! Newborns can be added to your membership at the age-appropriate rate (ages 0-2 pricing: $120/month for founding members). Your founding member discount applies to the newborn as well.
Where will the office be located?
Our office will be located in Riverside, California, with easy access from Corona, Redlands, Rancho Cucamonga, and throughout the Inland Empire. The exact address will be announced as we approach launch.
Can my child be a member if they have Medi-Cal?
Unfortunately, federal Medicaid regulations prevent Direct Primary Care practices from charging membership fees to Medi-Cal beneficiaries. This isn't a decision based on ability to pay—it's a federal requirement. If your family's insurance situation changes in the future, we would welcome the opportunity to serve you.
What if my child's age changes during the year?
Your child's membership rate will adjust on their birthday to reflect their new age bracket. For founding members, the founding member discount continues to apply at the new age-appropriate rate throughout your first year.
